Directions

  1. Prepare macaroni al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Combine vegetables, chicken and cooked pasta in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add dressing and toss to coat evenly. Serve over romaine lettuce and top with egg and cheese.
