Directions

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, cook chicken over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add tomato sauce, vinegar, onion, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Add kidney beans and simmer for 5-10 more minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve warm.
