Chicken and Beans

Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can beans, kidney, drained and rinsed
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, diced
- 5 4-ounce chicken thighs, boneless, skins removed, cubed
- 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- In a large nonstick skillet, cook chicken over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, vinegar, onion, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Add kidney beans and simmer for 5-10 more minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.
