Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  2. Dip each piece of meat into the mix of flour and salt. Coat it on all sides with the mix.
  3. Put the meat in the crock pot.
  4. Add the chopped carrots and onion.
  5. Add the Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, OR on high for 4-5 hours.
  7. Just before serving, sprinkle the cheese on top.

Recipe Tips

Serve on whole wheat buns with coleslaw or carrot raisin salad.
