  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a 8" x 8" baking dish, combine soup, water, rice, onion, pepper, and vegetables.
  3. Top with the chicken, cover and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165 degrees F internal temperature.
  4. Top with cheese and let stand 10 minutes.
  5. Stir the rice and serve.

Recipe Tips

Use any type of rice.  If substituting white rice with brown rice, increase water to 2 cups.

Substitute any cheese for cheddar- Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack are great options.
