Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, red onion, sunflower kernels, raisins, and rice.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, and red wine vinegar.
  3. Add dressing to chicken salad mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Serve over lettuce.
