  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a baking dish and form into a loaf.
  3. Bake for 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 155° F in the center for 15 seconds. Let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
