Directions

  1. Fry onions and ground beef in a skillet until lightly browned. Drain off fat.
  2. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, water, chili powder and macaroni to the beef.
  3. Simmer, covered, about 20 minutes until macaroni is tender.
  4. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.

You can use ground turkey or chicken in place of beef and any type of bean.
