Beans, Chicken, and Greens Pasta

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions to al dente and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
  3. Add garlic and continue cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in chicken and cook another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add spinach, beans, broth and spice. Combine well.
  6. Add cooked pasta and heat another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and top with parmesan cheese if desired.

Recipe Tips

Use any type of beans in this recipe- navy, black, kidney, or great Northern beans all work well.

Use any type of pasta, but longer varieties work better for this recipe.
