Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cover chicken with garlic powder and pepper. If using salt, add that too.
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until reaches 165 degrees internal temperature.

Recipe Tips

Add 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 onion (all sliced) for the last minutes of cooking time. Or choose 3 cups of your favorite vegetables.
