  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place cod on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes or until an inserted thermometer reads 145°F for 15 seconds.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon cheese on top of each filet. Return to oven for 1 minute until cheese melts.
