  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place cornflakes in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin or your hands.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to the cereal.
  5. Add a few chicken pieces to the bag and shake well to coat them.
  6. Place the chicken nuggets onto a prepared pan and bake for about 10 minutes or until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.
