  1. Heat the milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat
  2. Whisk in the cornstarch in, until the mixture thickens into a custard
  3. Add the fruit to serving bowls and spoon the custard over

For milk, you can use any kind; 2% or whole milk is preferred. To add some flavor or sweetness, you can add 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 tsp of cinnamon, or a drizzle of honey.
