Ingredients
Directions
  1. Mix pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar together in a small bowl.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook meat on all sides. Pour liquid mixture over meat.
  3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.
  4. Add pineapple chunks and peppers.
  5. Cook 5-10 minutes until tender.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together the cornstarch and 1/4 cup water. Add to the skillet mixture.
  7. Stir until thickened and enjoy!
